FIRACSuite provides AI-powered tools for law students, including:
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use FIRACSuite. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Our Content: FIRACSuite's software, features, design, branding, and technology are owned by FIRACSuite and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our Service.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your personal educational use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before relying on it.
Free Tier: Limited to 3 briefs, 5 citations, and 1 outline per month. Usage resets on the 1st of each month.
Premium Subscription: $19/month for unlimited access. Billed automatically on a recurring basis.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
No Legal Advice: FIRACSuite is an educational tool. It does NOT provide legal advice. AI-generated briefs and content are for study purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal counsel or submitted as your own work without review and verification.
Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying all information.
Service Availability: We provide the Service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIRACSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or academic consequences. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
You may terminate your account at any time using the "Delete My Account" feature in Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FIRACSuite and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent unauthorized use or abuse of intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
